How much sample can I inject onto an NPS column?
Fast chromatography requires effective sample injections to maintain
high resolution. Using the size of 33 X 4.6 I.D. as a standard, follow
these simple rules for handling all sample/injection issues:

Inject up to 50 µL if the sample solvent is much weaker than the mobile
phase.

Inject up to 20 µL if the sample solvent is the same as the mobile
phase.

Inject up to 2 µL if the sample solvent is much stronger than the
mobile phase.
Dynamic loadability on the MICRA NPS ODS Columns is
about 0.5 mg total if the sample solvent is the same as the mobile phase.
This amount is less if the sample solvent is stronger and more if the
sample solvent is weaker than the mobile phase.
