The ProteoVue® Software Suite was developed to image the complex protein expression patterns for the 2D fractionation protocol. This software converts complex chromatograms into easily visualized 2-D maps plotting (first dimension) pI vs. Hydrophobidity (second dimension) data. These "Hyd/pI maps" allow for easy comparisons of all intact proteins present in the sample across all the pI fractions.   Combined with the Mass Data it is possible to generate unique truly orthoganol 3D maps of intact proteins in complex proteiin expression systems.

The ProteoVue® software displays single images for analysis and the DeltaVue® software allows for the side-by-side imaging of two related ProteoVue maps for differential comparison and expression level change monitoring. Please view the introduction presentation for examples of the two versions of software.   MultiVue allows for a direct comparison of the same pI fraction for multiple samples.
